Ricotta is a delicious dairy product made from whey. At our dairy, this slow process is still carried out and carefully overseen by hand, with the expertise and skill of our cheesemakers, to guarantee a high-quality product with an authentic flavour.
The Sepi Formaggi ricotta range offers three varieties: Ricotta Gentile, Ricotta Montella and Ricotta Salata, each distinguished by its maturation period, degree of salting and size. Depending on these characteristics, each variety develops its own unique and distinctive character, offering a diverse range of flavours and textures to suit every preference.
