Description
Supramonte is a sheep's milk cheese with a minimum maturation of 60 days. The texture is compact, or grained if well-matured, while the taste is slightly marked. We suggest to eat it with traditional salame or to pair it with fresh fruit, nuts or honey.
Suggested wine: Cannonau di Sardegna.
