Description
Bel Sepi is a mixed cheese made with ewe's and cow's milk. It has a sweet and aromatic taste thanks to seasoning time ranges from 2 to 5 months.
Excellent table cheese, we suggest to pair it with figs jam.
Suggested wine:Monica di Sardegna D.O.C.
