Pepato is a semi-hard sheep's milk cheese. Thanks to the presence of black pepper, this cheese is characterized by an aromatic and intense taste. Perfect as table cheese, it can also be combined with traditional salame and prosciutto or grated on pasta dishes. Suggested wine: Cannonau di Sardegna.
