Ovile Gavoi is a selected cheese made with sheep's milk. Texture is hard and grainy while the taste is intense and slightly spicy. Excellent table cheese, we suggest also to grate it on traditional Italian dishes such pasta and risotti. Suggested wine: Cannonau di Sardegna.
