The Sepi Mixed-Milk range offers high-quality cheeses created through the balanced combination of different types of milk.
Using raw materials sourced from Sardinian pastures, two exceptional cheeses are produced: Barrosu and Bel Sepi, both characterised by a rich and complex flavour profile.
Barrosu stands out for the balance between the bold character of sheep’s milk and the delicate notes of goat’s milk, while Bel Sepi combines the full-bodied flavour of sheep’s milk with the creamy character of cow’s milk.
